1/02/2010 - LPG Rebate changes
The government has just announced that they will increase their rebate to convert a new vehicle to LPG by $1000. This now makes the new car rebate equal to the used car rebate ($2000). Theres no better time to convert your car. The rebate is now approved to run through until the year 2014.

LPG Vehicle Scheme
Two different grants are available subject to program eligibility criteria:
- a grant of $1,750 for the LPG conversion of a new or used petrol or diesel motor vehicle;
- a grant of $2,000 for the purchase of a new motor vehicle with a LPG unit fitted at the time of manufacture.
